G Ramu is an engineer from the Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi and MBA fin HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has worked in several leading IT and non IT organizations including Asian Paints, Britannia, HCL Technologies and iSOFT. He has spent over 8 years in the IT segment. He has headed HR for divisions which covered various verticals and technologies. He was part of the senior management team which established and grew the Cisco Offshore Development Centre of Cisco Systems while in HCLT. He was involved in due diligences for acquisitions and also was actively involved in the merger of a company with HCLT. He has an in depth understanding of the IT industry from a HR as well as a business angle.
VK Kavitha
Kavitha has qualifications in science and humanities - Masters in Social Work from D G Vaishnav, Chennai. She has walked the corporate corridors for a decade now in Titan Industries and HCL Technologies, where she was part of the HR team handling different functions. At Yoganishta Technologie-s, she is the force behind delivery.
CS Karthikeyan
Karthikeyan has a commerce background and rich experience of 15 years in the financial services sector. Being the first employee of Yoganishta and giving it the operational support, he is the backbone of the organisation.
