Job Title: Manager – Treasury Head –South Asia
Experience: 12 to 15+ years
Job Location: Chennai
Primary Responsibility:
Treasury
o Effective Utilisation of Funds
o Getting Funds for projects
o Adhere to Covenants / Pre disbursal Conditions
o Manage Forex Exposures
Contacts in Banking Industry
Ability to raise Short term Debt
Should have handled Cash Flow Management
Debt Covenants
Handling treasury and Payroll function. Ownership for the country’s accounting & finance function including tax and other finance related compliances.
Should be in a position to maintain the books as per local Indian GAAP as well as US GAAP.
Exposure to Local GAAP, IFRS and working knowledge on US GAAP
Working knowledge in SAP is a must.
Strong familiarity with requirements of US GAAP.
Extensive corporate financing experience at the most senior level.
Should have experience and proven credibility of fund raising activities.
The individual should ideally have experience of a project oriented business.
Proven cash management and investment planning expertise
Knowledge and experience in corporate and financial compliance.
Exposure to overseas financial markets an advantage.
Ability to lead complex and demanding projects.
