Job Description About the Client:

DUTIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage the full lifecycle of vacancy management process from job posting to new hire confirmation

• Assist through support and advise hiring managers & recruiters in implementing appropriate advertising or sourcing strategies/methods
• Clear job posting with appropriate Sector Boards
• Review and monitor vacancy announcements on WB website and career related sites.
• Formulate appropriate screening questions for vacancy positions
• Educate and communicate process steps to Hiring Managers and agree on hiring timelines.
• Maintain vacancy process in vacancy management system (Myjobworld)
• Review candidate applications to formulate long-list for hiring managers, with due attention to business requirements
• Generate e-binders for shortlist committee
• Communicate shortlist to hiring managers
• Analyze and report recruitment metrics and provide periodic dash boards to the Client Managers
• Support in monitoring contract, performance of recruitment firms and provide reports
• Manage process of Due Diligence requests to closure with Sector Board Representatives
• Maintain the integrity and objectivity of recruitment process within the framework of WB policy and recruitment objectives.
• Develop Metrics, analyze and report the efficiency of the staffing team
• Supervise the team and be accountable for the delivery of the work programs
Other ad hoc tasks as necessary

• Provide Data for Sector Strategic Staffing meetings
• Carry out research to assist Sr. Recruiters in sourcing suitable candidates and building pipelines, by using Internet resources, LinkedIn, databases and other relevant sources of information.
• Assist HQ-based recruiters to develop a talent pipe line and network of candidate sources, track candidates & sources and maintain pipelines.
• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
