* Design and development of BIOS for newly added devices in our boards, development of new special-purpose diagnostics software, working with hardware designers during prototype development
* Strong knowledge of PC architecture, BIOS development, Intel processor architecture, chipset programming, industry standards that affect BIOS, and buses common to servers.
* Strong expertise in Debugging Techniques (using debug tools like American Arium, Logic analyzers, PCI Analyzers, Oscilloscopes etc…)
* Solid understanding of one or more of the following management protocols: I2C, IPMI, USB, PCI, SNMP, SCSI/SES
* Diagnostics, boot loader development
