Skill Set:
* General knowledge of web technologies – HTML, WCF, web services, Javascript, ASP.NET, IIS
* Security – Active Directory, Windows Live ID (Passport), RBAC
* Compliance & Project Management – Sarbanes-Oxley, SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methods
* Other technologies – SOA concepts, SQL server
Qualifications:
* Oversight of project scope definition & analysis through delivery of multiple projects.
* Identification and management of major program risks and issues and working to mitigate the risks and preventing the issues from negatively impacting the program.
* Communicate program progress to management and broader team
* Coordinate and manage project schedules and deliverables to meet critical milestones. Ensure overall program scope and schedule is on track.
* Make effective decisions in a dynamic environment and in ambiguous situations.
* Communicate clearly, concisely, and credibly with various levels of the organization.
* Understand the software lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and information systems development.
* Bringing feature teams together into a cohesive whole
