QA Lead - Job Description:
Role:
* Responsible for the day-to-day tasks management of 3-5 full-time test engineers.
* Requirements gathering, review, task allocation, follow-up and team guidance with respect to correctness, consistency, comprehensiveness and testability.
* Develop and implement testing strategy and hands-on testing. Design, code, test and execute SAP scripts - manual and automated. Creates test scripts that are well structured, data driven and well documented.
* Coordinates the execution of test cases to verify and validate the correct functionality, usability, performance, and reliability of systems and applications. Reports testing status
* Interaction with Philadelphia QA and development teams. Report test results and defects found during testing and on product quality and quality risks. Consult development team with respect to the implementation of software quality, responsible for documenting defects and tracking them to resolution.
* Takes over other responsibilities as assigned
Required:
* A minimum of 6 years experience in QA Area. Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, standards and best practices. Experience in all relevant QA areas (incl. test planning, translating requirements into test cases, writing test cases for implied requirements, quality reporting, writing issue reports, and quality reporting)
* A minimum of 3 years of in-depth testing experience in end user SAP transactions (Masters, Transactions and Reports) in the areas of SAP FI (GL, AP) and MM (Purchasing, Invoice Verification).

* Good movement transactions (Nice to have)
* Purchase orders list
* Purchase order history
* Inventory report (Nice to have)
Invoice Verification:
* Parking MIRO invoice
* Posting MIRO Invoice
* Qty blocked invoices
* Price blocked invoices
* Integration points between MM and FI
* MRBR transaction
* 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing tools - eCATT/CATT or QTP and related languages. Should be able to configure and administer quality tools
* A good team leader with experience in working with distributed teams
* Very good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Preferred:
* Experience in SAP ABAP/4 language
* Workflow usage knowledge
* Experience testing web applications and windows applications built using Java, .NET and Netweaver technologies
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. databases, web servers, applications servers)
