Job Description Required skills:

* Good knowledge on Remedy AR system and its administration.
* Configuring users, forms and doing data updates as per requirements.
* Ability to fix live production tickets/issues as they happen in the live production environment – this would require familiarity with current Remedy applications
* Ability to troubleshoot live production issues in Remedy systems
* Good communications skills – needed to respond to end user emails about Remedy system – issues, questions, etc…
* This person needs to have high sense of ownership and responsibility – to follow-through until an issue with a user is resolved – this would need multiple interactions with end user to understand the issue, interacting with other departments to get sub-tasks done, if needed
* Good technical knowledge and experience in Remedy development
