| Job Description |
NOC Engineer:
The NOC Engineer will be part of the core team responsible for 24*7 technical support for Clickable’s customers globally.This role offers a continuous learning environment with exposure to troubleshooting, issue management and value added service creation.
Job Description:
3-5 years experience of managing 24*7 NOC centre operations.
Experience in:
* Administering Enterprise servers in remote data centres with strong knowledge of Windows operating system
* Performing server installations and configuration of new equipment
* Monitoring and tuning hardware and software for optimal performance
* Setting up and Monitoring alerts
* Setting up NOC processes, following SOPs, managing SLA’s and alert escalation
* Co-ordination with technicians & Trouble Ticket resolution (including Third Party dispatching).
* Handling Tier-III technical escalation on network equipments & services
* Technical troubleshooting activity, involving checking link status and reporting. In addition, checking router interfaces for errors, utilization or issues, and handling ping commands for checking network delay.
* Good Experience in Trackit and Remedy.
Additional:
* IP networking and routing
* Developing scripts and automation tools using scripting languages
* Working knowledge of Databases (SQL Server)
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
