| Job Description |
Senior Software Development Engineer (UI)/ Web Developer:
* UI design and develops frameworks/components and POC’s to accelerate development on product.
* Estimates the implementation and deployment of the various modules based on each module design and how the module fits into the overall product architecture, construction and testing strategy and overall project plan.
* Owns GUI development best practices
* Collaborating with product managers, architects, sales, development teams to build the front-end interface and product models.
* Leveraging technical initiatives aimed at innovation and quality excellence.
* Designing, Coding, Unit testing
* Work effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross-functional team
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
* Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
Skills and Competencies:
* Should have experience in WinForms and WPF UI and built-in controls in .Net using C#.
* Should have experience in multi-threaded Windows Client Server application development.
* Should have experience in UI designing and prototyping for client-server and web-based application in low and high fidelity.
* Experience in .Net technologies using C#, ASP.NET, XML, Silverlight, AJAX, HTML to develop multi-tier localization/globalization software product.
* Experience in developing and using 3rd party components such as grids, spreadsheets, and charting tools.
* Experience in database SQL scripting preferably in Oracle.
* Experience in Team System 2008 is desirable.
* Should have a creative bend of mind for user interface design in product development environment.
* Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies
* Should have strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
* Should have good verbal and written communication
* Should be energetic, self motivated, and strong passion for technical excellence
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines |
