Windows Developer:
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the design and development of large and complex development projects
* Provides overall functional and technical leadership for major development efforts
* Authors concise functional and design specifications
* Leads the architecture and develops the framework of new products
* Follows and enforces development processes and standard procedures
* Works with team across multiple development sites
Required Skills:
* Solid knowledge of the Windows architecture and internals (VSS)
* Diverse knowledge of currently shipping Microsoft products
* User Interface development skills
* Strong design skill
* Excellent debugging skills
* Working knowledge of Volume Shadow Copy Services
Highly Desired Skills:
* Microsoft SQL Server experience
* Microsoft Exchange Server experience
* Knowledge of storage systems and technologies
* NetWorker knowledge and experience
* C# is a plus
* Good communication skills
* Ability to architect a small to medium scale component
