Job involves:
* Trouble-shooting and resolving issues at customer sites under extreme pressure and time constraints.
* Working with the sustaining team to fix defects and coordinate testing and delivery of Fixes.
* Providing feedback on documentation and product issues/enhancements to Documentation group, Product Management, Engineering and SQE.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in software development
* Strong knowledge of a SAN environment (Hosts, FC switches and Storage).
* Experience with Windows Internals
* Experience in Windows driver development & debugging.
* Drive and commitment to work with multiple groups towards problem resolution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
