JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION:
Senior Managers - Documentation/ knowledge specialist/Content head
JOB LOCATION:
Kolkata (Calcutta), India
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* At least 12 to 15 years of technical writing experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Very strong editing and proofing skills, Expert research skills.
* Experience in documenting both GUI-based and command line software applications
* Strong experience using Microsoft Word, FrameMaker, and Visio.
* Strong familiarity with Tcl, FrameScript, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Flash is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Experience in managing the Doc deliveries, in the filed of data communication Tele-communication products
* Ability to manage multi-site Teams, across GEOs (multi cultural)
* Experienced with the product life cycle and aligned the delivery plans closely; does risk appraisals
* Experienced and exposed to the rigor of product releases and carries high energy levels
* Highly conversant with cross-functional team interactions and drives expectations with clarity
* Experienced and exposed to industry best practices, tools and systems |
