ETL Developer Production Support:
Specific responsibilities:
* Develop ETL job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback framework
* Responsible for monitoring the Production Status, and ensure the ETL process works as expected; handle customer communication around production issues
* Research and resolve production issues with ETL workflows
* Perform root cause analysis and identify and implement corrective and preventive measures
* Effectively manage multiple, competing priorities
* Interface with internal and external customers
* Be available on call (on rotation) in a 24 x 7 support role
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* 1-2 years of experience in Informatica in a development or production support role
* 1-2 years of experience with Unix shell scripts and SQL
* Experience in providing application support in a data warehouse environment
* Experience in data warehousing, job scheduling, data profiling, data cleansing, data quality validation and Testing
* Team player with ability to work well with internal and external clients
* Self-motivation and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work concurrently on multiple tasks is essential
* Experience in healthcare |
