Job Description:
* To provide Tier III support for the day to day Server related issues, specifically MS Windows/ Linux, Unix ( HP, SUN, AIX) platforms
* Work closely with Tier II support
* To work on escalated issues
* Required to interact with internal clients to resolve the day-to-day issues.
* Required to attend post-mortem meetings, change management reviews, etc
Required Skills:
* Expertise in VMWARE ESX
* Technical knowledge of some of MS Windows, Linux, Unix ( HP, SUN, AIX) platforms, HP Blade servers/AIX.
* Good Working Knowledge of OS, Disk Arrays, RAID technologies in a complex data center environment
* Strong Windows OR Unix system administration skills
* 5-7 Yrs of Systems Administration Experience
* Having worked with global teams and remote teams is an added advantage.
* Experience in managing mission critical systems and delivery of services with service level agreements (SLA)
* Ability to work off hours during outages and production issues. |
